While recovering from a severe injury, Wisting receives an anonymous letter. The cryptic content leads Wisting to suspect a possible injustice in an old murder case where a 17-year-old girl was killed, and her ex-boyfriend was convicted。右篇：牛女明日香、森本、真田、小笠原和加奈子一行五人去山中游玩，结果车在半路抛锚。众人下车寻求帮助，在山中见到一间旧式房屋。女主人的脸上有两道红色的伤疤，而明日香又恍惚看到屋内有一个头颅硕大、身穿和服的人。好奇心驱使他们返回屋内，但厄运随之而来……。
