1936年的北平，就读于圣心学堂的旷美娇（韩雪 饰）、袁寒雪（杨若兮 饰）和桃金梅（蔡裴琳 饰）是三个亲密无间、快乐单纯的女孩子，她们的友情笃深，平常约定穿一样的衣服，宛若同胞姐妹一般。春华秋实，少女们情窦初开。美娇与帅气的男孩潘安（窦智孔 饰）一见如故，却不知这场交往隐藏着怎样的秘密，而她和姐妹们的关系也悄悄发生变化。不久，日本侵华战争爆发，美娇身为国会议员的父亲屈服日寇担当伪政权官员，也酿成了女儿和自己一生的悲剧。出身贫寒的小雪几经周折，与抗日武装负责人程亥走上另一条道路。从小受日本间谍养父摆布的桃金梅一度成为闪亮的明星，可是在家国大义之前依然面临郑重的选择。 女孩们的故事，女人的一生……。A group of students who are participating in a university's summer science camp are drawn into an incredible quagmire of conflicts, ranging from the relatively simple conflict between an engaging and forthright young teacher and his older manipulative colleague, to a contest pitting political correctness against free scientific inquiry.
