Just when their search seems to reach a dead end, strange and disturbing...。本剧主要故事仍然围绕着济公带领广亮、赵斌等人为老百姓排忧解难、点化世人展开，穿插降龙尊者降魔除妖的神话故事。该剧分为8个单元展开，以其天雷滚滚的剧情和各种穿越的台词，以寓教于乐的方式为大家再次颠覆了“济公”这一传统形象，他和胭脂经历了重重磨难的爱情，最终没能圆满也让很多观众大感遗憾。。故事围绕着两只在1961年的苏联时于监狱服刑的兔子普京和基廉列克。第一季关于在监狱中发生的故事，在普京刑期满的前一天，基廉列克因在杂志里发现限量版帆布鞋即将发售而决定逃狱，普京也莫名其妙地跟上去。。
