The next step in this decade-long friendship and partnership was the 2016 film One Mor...。年轻的总经理，由父亲（股东之一）出力，成功进入合资集团公司接手分公司，意气风发，雄心万丈，想要做出一番大事业，却被常务副总经理（根植于分公司的老油条）耍的团团转。 总经理每每提出方案，都被副总经理用专业术语绕得脑袋发晕。 总经理每每提出想法，都被副总经理用一万个理由飞快地否定。总经理如果横下心一意孤行进行改革，结果就是或踏入雷区，或得罪董事长，或得罪广大职员，最后不得不借用副总经理早就准备好的方案脱身。——当然，原来计划做的事情也就不了了之，或是南辕北辙。。
