仕事の依頼でテレ東を訪れた五郎（松重豊）。依頼主である年末特番のプロデューサー・永野翔太（豊本明長）から無茶な番組出演を依頼をされる。荷が重すぎると固辞する五郎。プレッシャーに耐え切れず、脱出した五郎は、毎年のお決まり事になりつつある年末の無茶ぶりに疲れ果て、“今年こそは絶対に休む”と意思を固めて「さらば！東京」の捨て台詞とともに逃避行することに。携帯もパソコンも全て東京に残し、デジタルデトックスの沖縄休暇旅。まずは腹ごしらえと恒例のお店探しへ! 腹を満たした後は、沖縄らしい休暇を楽しむために観光案内所を訪れるが、ピンとくるアクティビティがなく、「俺って典型的な昭和の仕事人間なんだな」と虚しさに浸ってると、男性とぶつかりそうになる。避けた男性は体勢を崩し海に落ちてしまい、救急車で運ばれる大惨事に。その男性は沖縄民謡のグループ「てーげーず」のマネージャ...。When he learns his days are numbered old count Hervé de Kéraudren decides to hide in a secret alcove and to die there, just to annoy his heirs. As a result of his body not being found the latter will have to wait for five years until they can inherit the count's money. Very upsetting indeed, all the more as they are required to keep up the Kéraudren estate in the meantime. To collect money, nephews and nieces organize a Son et Lumière show at the manor while busily looking for the missing corpse. But, unexpectedly, they get killed in turns. Murders or accidents?
