Most of the staff are evacuated, except four heavily-armed m...。同样作为人类，有人活的优越而麻木，有人经历着突如其来的天灾，也有人常年遭受着人为的政治与战争的侵害，无家可归，流离失所，处于战火与漫天的硝烟之间，混沌而无助，坚强而乐观，导演艾未未记录下叙利亚、阿富汗、伊拉克等地区国家的难民现状，难民人口的流离失转，用极富洞察的摄影，把一幕幕人口流动印刻人心~。香港許多人不論男女，皆喜歡「去滾(打邊爐)」。起初只要有一鍋沸水，放進材料烚煮，就可稱為打邊爐。但隨着人們對美食的追求，加上各地飲食文化的不斷演變，不同地方都發展出別具一格的邊爐，如台灣的薑母鴨火鍋、四川的麻辣火鍋、港式雞煲等。主持廖慧儀、伍韻婷走訪台灣、澳門等地食肆，加上本港在地探店，發掘不同特色的火鍋及其配料，還會走進所屬廚房，向師傅請教湯底與食材的製作方法與準備功夫，了解各式邊爐的滋味由來。。
