For her first day of orientation, Dr. Tristian Mackenzie makes her way to the Silverdale Psychiatric Hospital for the criminally insane, where she learns of the strange series of cases from the similarly strange Dr. Moon.。一位25岁的年轻人在戴上了一个奇怪的头套后被扔进了神奇的数字马戏团当中，然后随即被赋予了一个孩童般的小丑外观和“Pomni”的名字，但在这个似乎对孩子和父母来说都充满着乐趣和欢乐的地方，却很快就让Pomni意识到这里究竟有多么奇怪。。
