某个平凡的傍晚，大学生玄野计（二宫和也 饰）在电车站重逢初中时代的好友加藤胜（松山健一 饰）。为了救助一个跌落铁轨的男子，他们二人遭到电车的强烈撞击。然而转眼之间，他们便毫发无损地来到一间密闭的屋子内。这里还有另外七个男人以及一个巨大的黑色球体。根据黑球的指示，这群人需要穿上战服拿起武器去刺杀葱星人。有的人为了奖金投入了杀戮游戏，有的人为了生存而冷酷无情。生死关头，懦弱的阿计和善良的阿胜也不得不投入其中，而前方还有更多的考验等待着他们。此外，名为GANTZ的系统又隐藏着怎样的秘密？ 本片分前后篇两部，根据漫画家奥浩哉的同名原著改编。。Back Stage is a 1919 comedy, one of the last films that Buster Keaton would appear with Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle before they went their separate ways, Keaton would get his own studio, and Arbuckle got into feature length films.
