中央广播电视总台央视综合频道策划推出的动画片系列 《山海传奇》是由中央广播电视总台央视综合频道策划推出的52集大型上古神话史诗动画片。 《山海传奇》动画片总共四季，每季13集。动画片取材于《山海经》《史记》《越绝书》《后汉书》等神话传说及历史典籍，选取大禹为主角，呈现中华民族先民执着的探索精神。 第一季于2024年3月18日起在央视综合频道（CCTV-1）18点档开播。。This unconventional late-night series from artist/filmmaker Terence Nance (An Oversimplification of Her Beauty) blends scripted segments, documentary, musical performances, and animation to paint a picture of "the beauty and ugliness of contemporary American life."
