50年代澳门是黑帮天下，所有凤姐，经商，小贩都要交保护费。这天凤姐刚返家门，被唐老大爪牙阻止回家，被小广东救下，唐老大亲自力战小广东，结果两败俱伤……。Detective Murdoch finds that the man behind a flying machine that crashes in Toronto is none other than his old nemesis, James Pendrick.
