显城接二连三发生凶案，死者的脖子上都有狼牙印，探长穆兰断定是树林里的野狼蹿到民宅行凶。但法医郎锋并不这样认为，因为在他的梦境里总会出现自己化身狼人行凶的情景，他认为是自己梦游杀死了这些人。郎锋的前女友莫愁正巧这时也调到显城警局当心理医生。郎锋不仅纠缠在穆兰莫愁两个女人之间，也在一次次的“杀人”之后濒临崩溃。终于，穆兰解开了所有的谜题。原来是郎锋的丫环小环，自己的助手小琪以及莫愁共同设下了这个迷局，他们给郎锋催眠，让郎锋认为自己会变成狼人在黑夜行凶。而他们之所以要这样做是因为小琪的爸爸当年为救大家而被狼吃掉，而当时朗锋的父亲居然见死不救。。When a group of old college friends, now in their 30s, gather over Christmas at their recently deceased friend's remote mountain cabin to celebrate his life, they see it as an opportunity to come together as the cohesive unit they once were.
