男孩马力从噩梦中醒来，发现自己正身处一栋豪宅的大床上，面前是一个自称妈妈的美丽女人（颜丹晨 饰）。妈妈告诉马力，他由于车祸遗忘了很多事，以前的他是个天才儿童。在妈妈的悉心照顾下，马力渐渐恢复，可是他心中总隐隐觉得不安。 一日，马力竟然在屋子里看见另一个男孩的身影一闪而过，妈妈听见他的惊叫赶来，却没在屋里发现任何人。妈妈带着惊魂未定的马力去检查，也没发现问题。 从医院回来之后，马力心中的疑惑越来越大，邀他一起逃跑的陌生女孩、隔壁邻居家半夜发出的怪声、日渐暴躁与严苛的妈妈、还有他不断在家中每一个角落里看见与自己同龄的男孩怪影……而这一切都指向某个关于他的巨大秘密……。因为脚伤，少年林云不情愿地回到家乡——一个绵延山丘环绕的山村。这里是他一直厌恶并渴望逃离的地方。林云从小就受尽了村民的白眼，而父亲却决意要把他留在这个封闭落后的山村里做一名山村老师。反抗，逃离，斗争。连绵蜿蜒的山丘，宛如少年心底的牢笼。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。
