昭和125年……突然の石油枯渇から50年、化石燃料で動く自動車や飛行機は全て使い物にならなくなり、世界は電気で走る鉄道社会となっていた。 鉄道王として世界の経済の中心を担う「旋風寺コンツェルン」の若き総帥「旋風寺舞人」は、父「旭」の遺志を継ぎ、超AIを搭載したロボットたちによる無国籍救助隊「勇者特急隊」を結成。かつて東京湾と呼ばれた場所に築かれたヌーベルトキオシティにうごめく悪に対し、颯爽と戦いを挑んで行く。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。
