在黑云遮天蔽日的工业城市萤光町内，某座废弃工厂里逡巡着几个畸零少年。他们组成了秘密社团“光之俱乐部”，坐在王座上的领袖Zera（古川雄辉 饰）君临天下，手下则有Niko（池田纯矢 饰）、雷藏（松田凌 饰）、金田（藤原季节 饰）、计算机（户冢纯贵 饰）、田伏（柾木玲弥 饰）、田宫（野村周平 饰）、Jacob（冈山天音 饰）、Jyaibo（间宫祥太朗 饰）等人对其绝对服从，令行禁止。Zera不拒绝成长，但憎恶成长后还不死去。他和众人设计了用荔枝作燃料的机器人Raichi（杉田智和 配音），并交给它捕获美少女的重任。 几经周折，如天使般的少女Kanon（中条彩未 饰）被带回俱乐部。而就在此时，光之俱乐部也走向崩溃的终点……。The 1960s was an extraordinary time for the United States.
