The movie will feature the family of Mohanlal's character Georgekutty and so they will be reprising their roles. The rest of the cast though will change, and we are sorting out the other aspects including casting right now.。医生林瑜静和邻居张芬发生冲突吵架，之后张芬的孙子王小宝意外坠楼，林瑜静和母亲叶秀梅开车送王小宝去医院，路上却被跳广场舞的张芬阻拦。张芬不知道车内的孩子是王小宝，因为之前的冲突坚决不让林瑜静离开，最后甚至一路追到医院，导致王小宝治疗失败死亡。。
